  • Property Condition: We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to property or furnishings. Clients are responsible for removing fragile items, valuables, and any personal belongings from areas to be cleaned. We are not liable for any damages or loss of items left unattended.
  • Stains and Damage: While we will make every effort to remove stains, we cannot guarantee complete removal of certain stains, including rust and mildew.
  • Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring that the cleaning environment is suitable for service, including adequate lighting and safety measures. Clients must ensure that utilities are functioning (e.g., water, electricity) for us to perform cleaning tasks effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Clients are responsible for informing us of any health hazards or safety concerns in the cleaning area.
  • Access and Safety: Please ensure that all areas to be cleaned are safe and accessible. We cannot clean areas that are locked or otherwise inaccessible. We reserve the right to decline service in unsafe conditions.
  • Allergies and Sensitivities: We aim to use eco-friendly products where possible, but clients are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products.
  • Service Limitations: Certain tasks are limited to, such as cleaning above two step ladders. We will move small furniture items to clean; however, larger items may not be moved. Please ensure access to the areas to be cleaned. Our cleaners cannot clean areas with hazardous materials, including human or animal waste.
  • Service Estimate: We only provide service estimate based on the info you enter; however, prices may change if surfaces are excessively dirty, requiring additional cleaning time.
  • Pet Policy: Clients are responsible for managing pets during cleaning services. We assume no liability for harm to pets or individuals caused by our cleaning products.
  • Child Safety: Clients are responsible for ensuring that children are supervised during our cleaning services, especially in areas being cleaned.
  • Liability Limitations: Our liability for any damages incurred during cleaning services is limited to the cost of the service provided.
  • Third-Party Claims: We are not responsible for any claims made by third parties related to our services.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours for a follow-up. We do not issue refunds but guarantee a return visit to correct any errors made by our staff.
  • Damage Reporting: If any damage occurs during the cleaning process, please report it to us within 24 hours of service. We will investigate and address concerns as appropriate.
  • Recurring Services: For recurring cleaning services, we cannot guarantee the same cleaner each time due to scheduling needs. Clients must provide at least one week’s notice for changes to the cleaning schedule.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. Late payments may incur additional fees.
  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Special Requests: Any special requests or specific cleaning instructions must be communicated prior to the service. We cannot guarantee completion of requests made during the cleaning.
  • Arrival window: We are very proud in serving our commitments, but due to unexpected conditions we reserve 2 hours arrival window.
  • Completion of Tasks: While we strive to complete all tasks within the allotted time, some tasks may take longer than expected. We will communicate any time constraints before service begins.
  • Service Quality: Our team is trained to provide quality service, but results may vary based on the condition of the space and previous maintenance.
  • Fireplace: Fireplaces must remain unused for at least 72 hours before cleaning.
  • Fridge/Freezer: For refrigerator interior cleaning, please ensure the refrigerator is emptied and defrosted beforehand, as our cleaners cannot handle food items to prevent cross-contamination.
  • No Guarantees on Allergens: While we strive to minimize allergens, we cannot guarantee complete elimination of allergens from the environment.
  • Odor and Chemical Residue: Some cleaning products may leave temporary odors or residues. We recommend ventilating the area post-cleaning.
  • Service Area Limitations: Our services are limited to specified geographic areas. Please confirm your address falls within our service area.
  • Emergency Services: We do not provide emergency cleaning services. Please schedule in advance for all cleaning requests.
  • Non-Transferable Services: Services booked are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another individual or property without prior consent.
  • Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate services if clients engage in inappropriate behavior or fail to adhere to our policies.
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: We reserve the right to postpone or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, vehicle issues, or extreme weather conditions.
  • Environmental Conditions: Weather conditions may affect our ability to perform outdoor cleaning services.
